Refund Policy – On Time Pressure Washing & Striping

At On Time Pressure Washing & Striping, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our work and strive to exceed expectations. Please review our refund policy below:

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with the results of your pressure washing or striping service, please notify us within 48 hours of job completion.

  • We will assess the issue and, if warranted, offer to re-clean or re-stripe the affected area at no additional cost.

Refund Eligibility

  • Full or partial refunds may be issued only if the service was not performed as agreed in writing (e.g., scope of work not met, clear quality issues).

  • Refunds will not be provided for services that meet industry standards and were approved at completion.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Weather delays or rescheduling beyond our control

  • Pre-existing surface damage or stains that cannot be fully removed

  • Customer cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled service

Deposits & Payments

  • Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or the crew is en route.

  • Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
